Our yak box includes a variety of meat – so you won’t get the same thing each time. But it will include 2-3 pounds of ground yak, 2-3 pounds of steak, 2 – 3 pounds of roasts, and a variety of other meat options depending on what we have in stock (including stew meat or kabob meat).
