This is the perfect solution. Our yak sample box includes:
- One pound of ground yak
- One pound of premium steak (NY strip, tenderloin, T-bone, etc…)
- One pound of standard steak (cube steak, round steak, rib steak, flank steak, etc…)
Our sample yak meat boxes will include one of each from these categories, but it may be different from time to time depending on our inventory.
